FABE: Where Human Fantasy Meets Artificial Intelligence

In today’s rapidly changing world, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we work. For many professionals, this new technology can seem unprepared or even intimidating. The FABE project is here to change that. We believe the future isn’t about technology alone, but about combining it with our most powerful human skill: fantasy, which we define as our creative and imaginative capacity.

Our project aims to provide professionals, trainers, and students with the tools to understand and “dialogue” with AI. We want to show how AI can be used as a supportive tool to enhance human creativity, solve complex problems, and automate processes , rather than as a replacement for human skill. We want to keep the human dimension of creativity at the center of innovation

What We Are Doing: Our Main Activities

To bring this vision to life, our transnational partnership will be working on several key activities over the project’s 12-month duration:

• Training for Professionals: We will develop and host an intensive 4-day training event for partners and other professionals. This training will explore the practical integration of fantasy and AI.

  Developing Learning Tools: We will create a series of interactive learning modules and build an accessible web platform to host them, along with all our project results.

  Creating a New Curriculum: We will design an innovative “Curriculum for Professionals and Innovators” that provides a clear educational path for combining creativity and technology.

What We Will Create: Our Project Outcomes

By the end of the project, we will be proud to share these results with everyone:

• A practical guide for managers, trainers, and professionals on how to integrate imagination and AI into their daily work processes.

• A set of innovative training modules, tested and refined by professionals, available on our new web platform.

• An open-access curriculum that can be used to train a new generation of professionals. This will be released under a Creative Commons license, allowing anyone to use, adapt, and build upon our work.

Our Role

We bring our extensive experience in research, comparative analysis, and managing partnership projects. Our main responsibility within FABE is to lead the “Quality and Impact Monitoring” activity. This means we will be conducting preliminary research on the best educational methodologies and technological solution, guiding the evaluation of the project results, producing quarterly reports to monitor progress and ensure we are achieving our goals, analyzing feedback from participants to help continuously improve the training modules, and providing methodological support for the creation of the learning modules and the final curriculum.
