The UNICORN project has a comprehensive toolkit that is currently being used to address the identified needs and gaps in adult education. The toolkit is designed to improve the work within participating organizations and provide a roadmap for all adult education providers to follow, with a specific focus on increasing impact, outreach, and dissemination capabilities within European Adult Education. The toolkit also aims to enhance the social media skills of educators, recognizing their underdeveloped nature while highlighting the concrete advantages they offer.
