Geographer by studies, Educator by experience and Facilitator by passion. I worked for more than 10 years in local and international youth organization where I led soft-skills trainings and facilitated cultural exchange through various activities and events.

In Romania (where I was born) and in France I was a geography and natural science teacher for bilingual classes in high-school. Since 2014 I live in Berlin where I dedicate my time to integration and participation projects.

In 2019 I co-founded the initiative zumquadrat (https://zumquadrat.org/de/) with the aim to open Berlin´s first primary school dedicated to innovative multilingual teaching for children with Eastern-European languages background.
